Patrick Bleile
Vice President, Owner & Commercial HVAC Expert
Patrick Bleile leads Hartland's commercial HVAC division and runs the Bauer Heating and Cooling location in Norwalk. A Norwalk native, Patrick carries forward the community values that made Bauer a trusted name in the area long before it became part of the Hartland family.
Theresa Alvarez
Owner & Office Manager
Theresa Alvarez has been part of the Hartland family for years, and there is a reason everyone knows her name. She keeps the office running and is the person the whole company leans on when they need anything. Her husband Ben is part of the plumbing service team, which means Hartland is not just a job for the Alvarez family.
Brad Brown
Owner & Plumbing Expert
Brad Brown leads the Plumbing Division with an office located in the heart of Fremont. His son, stepson, and son-in-law are all part of his crew, making it a family operation in every sense.
